No flag is reported although all surface vessels wear a "racing stripe," as seen here, which should in turn be its flag, following other Coast Guards from around the world who replicate the same pattern painted/applied to vessels, as their flag (i.e. Colombian Coast Guard).

Its ensign has already been presented on FOTW, but the Coast Guard also has a flag, which is based on the flag of the Vietnam People's Army, but a yellow inscription is placed along the bottom edge of the flag: “CẢNH SÁT BIỂN VIỆT NAM” (lit. "Sea Police of Vietnam").

Vietnam Coast Guard (Vietnamese: Cảnh Sát Biên Việt Nam, CSB) (Coast Guard Viet Nam) is a Branch within the Vietnam People's Army. It was established by President Tran Due Luong's order No. 3-L/CTN (7 April 1998), announcing the Ordinance on the Vietnam Coast Guard, which would be approved by the Tenth National Assembly of Vietnam on 28 August 1998.

The Vietnam Coast Guard is a uniformed people's armed force of Vietnam. Being a military maritime law enforcement agency, Vietnam Coast Guard is purposed to protect the Vietnamese state's interests and sovereignty rights at sea while also responsible for search and rescue duties, along with their duties of combating and preventing smuggling, piracy, and trade fraud in Vietnamese waters.

Doing some digging, I have found a pennant that is associated with the Coast Guard, but not exactly sure what main purpose it serves. It is a blue pennant, charged with the coat of arms of Vietnam. Behind the arms, there is an arrow. A picture of the pennant can be seen here.

I have revised Zachary Harden's original graphic with the proper proportions of 2:3.

The Coast Guard also has an emblem, which is a yellow and red bordered blue shield charged with a smaller red bordered blue shield. It bears a yellow anchor and two crossed swords are placed behind it. The shield is flanked by yellow wreath, while a half cogwheel is placed underneath. The Vietnamese and English name is written in upper part of the shield under a yellow star.
